There are no pre-built packages. and a bit further: FreeBSD 10.2-RELEASE may be downloaded via ftp from the following site: ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/ISO-IMAGES/10.2/ So, all you need to do to create a live CD is burn ISO file.
