Unfortunately that won't be until after all of the environmental and beautification busybodies have had their crack at the design, followed by the local FEMA officials. The replacements will undoubtedly be more expensive, uglier and smaller although they will of course meet current environmentally and politically correct guidelines and be constructed by a racially, sexually, and sexual orientation balanced group of governmentally approved construction firms with the requisite percentages of designated minority owned companies. Seriously, from safety's sake I strongly doubt that we will ever see the New York World Trade Center organization ever end up back in such exposed quarters. More likely they will resettle in a more easily defendable and lower profile set of buildings.
