Hi, it is possible to enable POSIX options in the kernel configuration file, to be specific: options P1003_1B options _KPOSIX_PRIORITY_SCHEDULING options _KPOSIX_VERSION=199309L The comments say "Build in _POSIX_PRIORITY_SCHEDULING", but what does this actually mean? When would I want to have these options active, and when should I leave them disabled? Would it make any sense to enable some but not all of these 3 options, or are they only useful together? The handbook says "Certain applications in the ports collection use these"; does this mean, there is no effect if none of these ports is running?
