During the installation of FreeBSD 4.4 on my computer (P III, win98 & RHlinux7.2 installed), i encountered the error message - could not write /dev/x, could not create partition... something like that. My friend got this problem only when his FreeBSD partition didnt completely lie within 1024 cylinders, but thats not the problem with me. My partition completely lies within 1024 cylinders. help pls. -ritesh maheshwari (india) --------------F6E2C16FCE9E5C952AFB99AD Content-Type: text/html; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
