Actually, TREE is just a tree display utility for use at the command line, and I'm afraid I know of no FBSD equiv., HOWEVER, there *are* several SVR3/4 equivs. Try ARCHIE (there *are* still ARCHIE servers, aren't there???). OTOH, you may want to consider a windowing environment under *nix if your are new to this environment: it will make your transition *much* easier! *nix file trees are rather deep and complex in comparison to what you are used to from DOS.
