I changed the LIBG_HDRS and GTK_HDRS to point to /usr/local/include/glib12 and /usr/X11R6/include/gtk12/, respectively. I build the plugin via the instructiion in the BUILD file (which, btw, has 600 for its permissions). As with Marc, Mozilla seems happy with the plugin.
