I am trying to upgrade my 4.2 box with 4.5. I have an Advansys SCSI (isa)
controller and couldn't get it to boot the CD. So I typed boot -C at the
boot prompt. The system panics on me.

I was hoping someone could look at the panic and tell me what might be
causing the panic.
