No, only the output from 'route -q add ...', 'route -q delete ...' or
'route -q flush' is suppressed.  `route -q get <ip>' is functionally
identical to `route get <ip>'.  (As are `route -q change ...' and
`route -q monitor' analogously.)  It's all stated pretty clearly in
the route(8) man page.
