watch out there.  you wouldn't want your shell to do it's glob-
expansion before pkg_delete even sees the parameter.  So, you
might want:
       pkg_delete '*'
but probably not
       pkg_delete *
when typing that in from "any directory".

disclaimer: I assume that's how it would work, but I'm not going
to try it myself to know for sure...   :-)
