You can install the boot manager and select which OS to boot. Look at the FAQ, sections 2.7 throiugh 2.9. It is a good idea to read all of the FAQ. See http://www.freebsd.org/FAQ/FAQ_toc.html. Section 2.9 tells you how to install the boot manager after-the-fact.
