svn diff to fix devel/tailor

devel/tailor is currently marked BROKEN. I find
this port really useful, so I'm fixing it! :)
The svn diff attached to this port fixes it.

Changes:
MASTER_SITES, MAINTAINER

That's it!

Proof it works now :-)
