Exactly how you can get a copy of the third ed over there in Holland (?), not sure. Maybe Walnut Creed CD has foreign-sales info on their web site. Barring that, check your local public library; I'm sure that your libraries will have it. ---But you'll probably consider it worthy of one of your bibles ... I'd read the 4.4 book too; very worthwhile.
