Yes.  I use DAEX at http://eng.iss.net/~rmooney/projects/cdda.html.
It requires some minor kernel patches and it works *very* nicely.
(I couldn't get cdd to work.  A working version is apparently
available for FreeBSD 3, but I haven't upgraded from 2.2.8.)
