svn diff to fix graphics/png2html

I see this port has been targeted for deletion due to
lack of src. I have the source, so why not host it
along with all the other ports I already host.

While here, take MAINTAINER.

Following is a session proving it's now available:

# make fetch
===> License GPLv2 accepted by the user
===>   png2html-1.1_10 depends on file: /usr/local/sbin/pkg - found
=> png2html-1.1.tar.gz doesn't seem to exist in /usr/ports/distfiles/.
=> Attempting to fetch
http://BSDforge.com/projects/source/graphics/png2html/png2html-1.1.tar.gz
png2html-1.1.tar.gz                           100% of 9572  B   93 MBps 00m00s
===> Fetching all distfiles required by png2html-1.1_10 for building

# make extract
===> License GPLv2 accepted by the user
===>   png2html-1.1_10 depends on file: /usr/local/sbin/pkg - found
===> Fetching all distfiles required by png2html-1.1_10 for building
===>  Extracting for png2html-1.1_10
=> SHA256 Checksum OK for png2html-1.1.tar.gz.

That's it!

please also find attached, the svn src that fixes this port.

Thanks!
