Does > 'make -f Makefile.inc _includes' also exhibit the same problem? The bigger question is *why* does buildworld depend on /usr/include. Why depend on something that will be replaced by installworld? If you are forced to do make includes before buildworld, now you have out of sync header files for all. The whole point of buildword installworld is to make changes in isolation and do a consistent upgrade. Is this not the case?
