I using the ep0 driver with the PAO-961215 patches.  I now have it
working and can use either the UTP or the BNC connector at will. 
for the BNC I added -link0 link1 -link2, for the UTP I added link0
- -link1 -link2.  I did not test all permutations so this may is
probably over kill, but it works.
