I tried again with { /* * Texet Swivel 1GB Flash Drive * PR: */ {T_DIRECT, SIP_MEDIA_REMOVABLE, "*", "Flash Disk", "*"}, /*quirks*/ DA_Q_NO_SYNC_CACHE }, (rebuilding world) but still get the same messages. I'm wondering if there is another file I should be editing but the patches in all the PR's I checked from scsi_da.c only patch the one file and /sys/cam/README.quirks didn't provide enlightenment :) Thanks Chris
