Subject:   Ghost SCSI device

I upgraded from Adaptec 2940 to 2940UW couple months ago. Since then
ahc driver have found "ghost" device on SCSI id 9. Last friday I
cvsupped 2.2-gamma and ghost device is still there. System have worked
steadily without any problems but it would nice to know what is
causing this behavior.
