We did disable C3 by default in 6.x and 7.x now since it conflicts with the LAPIC. Best bet is to update to 6.x and see if the problem is gone. Since this is an older Celeron laptop, it doesn't have the LAPIC but I still think it has a problem with C3. -- Nate
