Hi Mark,

I believe the bug is in the Base as relates to PCIe Device Driver and its
behaviour with a particular "hardware" type (PCEe Gen4).

It would seem that the place to start looking in the PCIe device discovery
code.

I have obviously on tested this on virtual machine, but it could be that
similar issue occur on physical machine (depending on quality of equation).
