https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/handbook/security/#ipsec section 14.7
states that "IPsec support is enabled by default on FreeBSD 11 and
later." but on FreeBSD 13 it states in UPDATING on 20190507 that IPSEC
is not in GENERIC anymore. Unless I misunderstand then they can't both
be correct. Thank you for your time.
