On the first run only: HostA emails root, root forwards that to rpt@bsdstats.org, rpt@bsdstats.org sends back text to be added to /var/db/bsdstats ... Subsequent runs use the information in /var/db/bsdstats, emails the repot itself to root who then forwards *that* to rpt@bsdstats.org ... We're also going to be working on AUTH Proxy, for those that need that ... As Antony stated, we no longer store IP/hostname, but the reporting does require the information to get back into /var/db/bsdstats to be used for reporting, so the "non-fetch version" would defintely be a bit more involved for the admin ...
