Just to add more info, I have created 64VF on ixl1 (before was on ixl0) get=
ting
a total of 128VF without any issues.

We aware that pci-pass on AMD EPYC is not stable at all, most probably your
machine will just reboot when a vf or pf is passed to a bhyve vm.
