Yeah, that's unfortunate.  I don't think domain registration actually needs
random?  But there is a lot of crap in SI_SUB_PROTO_DOMAIN that isn't
DOMAIN_SET().  If you want to pursue it, identifying the stack(s) blocking =
on
random and moving them after KICK_SCHEDULER would be a valuable contributio=
n to
FreeBSD.
