Yes, it explains why I was not able to find the pkg for the armv6. Probably will revert this board back to 13.x, it is part of my home automation and works very stable with FreeBSD despite its age. Probably this is not the best idea to invest a lot of time in armv6/FreeBSD14, as this CPU is already EoL.
