The last time I installed 2.2.6 R, I resorted to a hard disk install,
using Win$$ to copy first the bin and src.sys dists to the local hard
drive (and after the install, I manually patched atapi.c and atapi.h)

hopefully 2.2.7R (just out yesterday) solves this.

Is this a 'Bad Thing' or do I have to look elsewhere for scapegoats? =

BTW: Have located 'dummynet' package described in previous reply. Looks
