>Description:
graphics/libfpx distfile libfpx-1.3.1-2 is not available on the MASTER_SITES, only libfpx-1.3.1-3

It seems that these master sites are could be no good, removing "old" distfiles when new ones come out.

Alternatively, there could be a fatal flaw with libfpx-1.3.1-2 and it was removed to avoid spreading it.

In any case this is broken and unfetchable.
>How-To-Repeat:

>Fix:
1. move to latest version
2. Add a MASTER_SITES entry that doesn't remove older distinfo files
3. Store distinfo under LOCAL/
