AWS is making a lot of chances within the minor releases, anyway,  releases
should be upgradeable within the major branch. Plus, maintenance windows are
only planned for major releases, so it's more rolling releases rather than
maintaining minor releases.

Looking at the release schedule they are pushing new minor releases every
month, so maintaining every .x release would result in dozens of 2.x ports.
Portdowngrade/gitup should help if someone really needs to keep a minor
version.=20

We should keep that in mind for a 3.x major (textproc/opensearch3).
