https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D281282 Bug ID: 281282 Summary: [cad/cura] Fails on many levels. Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Many People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: db@FreeBSD.org Reporter: dgilbert@eicat.ca Flags: maintainer-feedback?(db@FreeBSD.org) Assignee: db@FreeBSD.org Created attachment 253339 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=3D253339&action= =3Dedit a 10mm x 10mm x 10mm cube STL file to test. So we just got this one to compile in the last ticket, but it doesn't work.= =20=20 As just one example of how broken it is: it cannot load an STL file. If you open the file dialogue, STL files are not listed as a supported file. If y= ou choose "all files" and then proceed to choose an STL file, it will bring up= a dialog saying that the file format is not supported. For reference: STL files are the primary interchange format for 3D printers= and Every other Cura I have access to supports them OOTB. I will include an STL file attached to this bug ... that is a 10mm^3 cube. Close to the simplest= STL there is. Now... there are also a lot of plugins that aren't working. These may be o= ther issues. Plugins are important and so far most plugins have been shared bet= ween linux and windows (at least). There may be more things other than STL files that are broken. To replicate: compile and install Cura, File->Open, Select "show all files" from the dropdown in the file dialog, try to load an STL (like the one included). --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
