 There are a couple of ways... by far the easiest is to let the users
handle this themselves with a .forward file.

 In buzz's home directory, he places a file named ".forward" which
simply contains

	light@happy.com

 The mailer will notice the .forward file & forward the mail on.

 There are other approaches - but this way, system admin's don't
have to get involved...
