  japanese/ng: use termios instead of sgtty
  
          The japanese/ng port makes use of the bsd style code for
          stuff like line discipline handling. Nowadays we can just
          use the sysv code, which makes us use the sgtty interface
          instead of termios, which is the preferred one.
