Just downloaded and compilled (and installed) ncurses 1.9.4 and am curious about something...what should I be setting the console to? I had assumed that setting it to cons25 was proper, since it seems to be the default when I login as root, but I'm not getting anything from ncurses that I would have expected... ...color. After compiling, I went in and played with the test programs. Nothing comes up "graphical/colorful". Now, it seems to compile and install cleanly, and I got lynx-2.4.2 compiled using it, and that works, but I would have assumed that the test programs would work as well. Its not a major problem, but would like to know if I'm doing something wrong here as far as term settings are concerned. Thanks...
