It is not yet fixed. I attached a packetdrill reproducer. I am right now
testing review D47474 which seems to avoid triggering the relevant KASSERT =
so
far. The reproducer also does not trigger the KASSERT anymore with review
D47474. But it is not fully understood, what is going on.
