I4b users who are using the kernel level PPP driver (isp) interfaces cannot use spppcontrol anymore but _must_ use ispppcontrol to configure the isp interfaces. This also means, that it is no longer possible to use the sppp* keywords in rc.conf, instead use ispppcontrol in your shell scripts or use isdnd.rc to configure the isp interfaces. In case of doubt, read the fine manual pages and the other docs provided. hellmuth -- Hellmuth Michaelis Tel +49 40 55 97 47-70 HCS Hanseatischer Computerservice GmbH Fax +49 40 55 97 47-77 Oldesloer Strasse 97-99 Mail hm [at] hcs.de D-22457 Hamburg WWW http://www.hcs.de To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
