Doing this from memory, I may not have the exact location of the 
files...

ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/2.2-RELEASE/tools/rawrite.exe

C:\>RAWRITE BOOT.FLP

Ok, the hard part is done.  Now you need to reboot, and follow the 
instructions on the screen.
If you're going to use this as a server as you say, then go ahead and 
dedicate the drive to FreeBSD.  Be aware that you will loose 
everything from the Win95 system (that is what you want, isn't it :)
