This is a known issue in few HP boards, and I expect the owner to come to this irc channel. 3) Due to lack of hardwares, I can't do much except some hit and miss brute attempt, hence requiring you (originator) to present himself in above irc channel. 4) As a temporary workaround, use mixer "speaker" to control / mute it.
