Apache might already be set to run from inetd.  Check /etc/inetd.conf to
see if apache is listed there.  I think by default, apache installs
itself in stand-alone mode by putting an apache.sh script in
/usr/local/etc/rc.d.  You can take a look at see what's running from
inetd by looking at /etc/inetd.conf, but I don't think anything else
wants to bind to port 80 (accept another web server).
