Similar to bug #260508. Existing bug refers to lock state, new bug is not
referencing lock state but still yields the same error.

This is a dual NIC PCI-E card in which the first NIC bge0 loads and functio=
ns
in FreeBSD but the second NIC bge1 fails with the error indicated on the
attachment. It is a functional and works as tested on various other operati=
ng
systems.


Steps Taken:
- Run latest 13.1 FreeBSD release on fresh install
- Confirm that BCM5720 NIC works on 1:1 setup with Windows Server 2019, Ubu=
ntu
22.04, CentOS 2009 (it works 100%).
- Update NIC firmware
- Load the driver as a module as suggested, set msi=3D0,
