Hello,

I am thinking about doing a port. The original author made
his program available on his web page saying: [it] is free
and available for download. There is no legalese/license/etc
in the source or the documentation.
As a courtesy I am going to write to the author for
his "blessing" and permission. Also I'd like to ask him
some precise term for distribution. What kind of questions
should I ask? What kind of assurance/guarantee should I ask for?

TIA,

	J Han
