Sender: owner-freebsd-hackers@freebsd.org X-Loop: FreeBSD.org Precedence: bulk Please read... I am reading with great interest two debates in this list. I do not have much to add to the facts or technical aspects of these arguments. I am concerned with the escalating tone of the discussion. For a bunch of devoted digital engineers, we sure are losing our minds. We can disagree, argue, but why pull low punches and try to abuse each other? It gains you nothing; We are too far apart physically to enjoy the pain on the other's face. It looses us everything; The desire to work together, the appreciation and respect towards each other. I attribute it all to the changing weather. Gloomness of winter brings the worst in us. Simon
