Check if the NIC is detected at boot time with dmesg | grep ed0 if it does not answer something like: ed0 at 0x340-0x35f irq 5 on isa ed0: address 00:50:4e:03:94:12, type NE2000 (16 bit) then the configuration is wrong. suerte raymundo Novikmec Jozef wrote: > > I tried to install FreeBSD 3.4 a I had problem with ethernet card.
