On the flip side, it does add one more link in the chain, and even a strong link is capable of failure on occasion. The feed caching also adds a (small) delay on updates. I've used FeedBurner on all my feeds for years, and I have no complaints. FWIW, I'm a member of the RSS Advisory Board, and I don't recall anyone ever complaining to us about FeedBurner's compliance. But ultimately you have to decide for yourself whether its benefits are worth giving over a measure of control. --=20 Sterling (Chip) Camden | sterling@camdensoftware.com | 2048D/3A978E4F http://camdensoftware.com | http://chipstips.com | http://chipsquips= .com --aVD9QWMuhilNxW9f Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.10 (FreeBSD) iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJMnir5AAoJEIpckszW26+RXgEH/jvmDyTm5Z0krllTwe9wrzrg ZQUYkd+4APsV/hzYEMSqmTMyf04YfsD2USNmR8N5weBxRNVfe8EXRKLvmlLAYXcR NXVckeWT7kLE5BggvdPl6Fg5I3SOR/uPH/TzZ2Wk+GrMWuGHdlt3+LO3hzWf0UBz kVDmNdR5a3MfNvT3R/FOJlFnKyNTKFQZOS30yDYMcqVTp8mBbIw+JTnvuYT9au6h 2K8m8NwmKqSG9IstEeDB4Wfnh0kkrvH2XHxKDO+dXr8Oc891fQdGtZPNzs7vNQIX Zh4vzKYfcORnjV79xkaMbziV42kE9++MSl0UmizQX6Fc8/zQmX8qaiYvtpVm4Ko= =e1T+ -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --aVD9QWMuhilNxW9f--
