Geeze - I hope that system is only temporarily down, anyway you
can get it here:

http://www.freebsd-corp-net-guide.com/software/upsd-2.0.1.6.1.tgz

It uses the standard black Windows cable.  The grey special "UNIX"
cable is for plugging in a smartups and controlling it with software
like bkpupsd, which is the "dumb" mode.
