I had a wireless connection problem in my ad-hoc network. I thought it could be solved by module reloading on one of the machines. Initially if_iwi.ko was loaded at a boot time (in loader.conf) The reloading really restored the connection, but 30 seconds later the system simply hung up and rebooted with no warning. >How-To-Repeat: Load if_iwi, iwi_bss and other approriate modules in loader.conf Bring up a wireless network with through Intel PRO/Wireless NIC. kldunload if_iwi kldload if_iwi The system will reboot in a minute. >Fix: >Release-Note: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted:
