It would mostly just depend on what you need. Keep in mind that you can read Windows files from BSD but not vice verse (and writing is kind of sketchy). On a recent 20GB HD I put 5GB for Windows, 10GB for FreeBSD and left the other 5 open so I could add it to either one. What do you need your Windows box for? That will mostly determine how much space you want to allocate to it.
