I was unable to install russian/apache13-modssl. After I've put OPENSSLBASE=/usr/local/lib to /etc/make.conf, and have changed the SSL_BASE='SYSTEM' to SSL_BASE='${OPENSSLBASE}' in Makefile and Makefile.ssl everything is ok. BTW, /usr/ports/www/apache13-modssl compiled without any problems. I

cvsup the latest ports, make your system stable, install openssl from ports, and try to install russian/apache13-modssl - it failes, while www/apache13-modssl installs without any troubles

              I suggest to change SSL_BASE from SYSTEM to OPENSSLBASE.
