You can find it on RIPE's site at ftp.ripe.net althought it is an old
version (not checked recently). The INRIA code in
ftp.inria.fr:/network/IPv6 is well maintained, runs on 2.2.2 and is
massively used in the french IPv6 community.

I'll try to see how much work is it to integrate it into CURRENT.
