Yes, /usr/ports/lang/modula-3 exists on my system, I installed the
ports collection along with 3.1R.  When I go into
/usr/ports/lang/modula-3 and do a 'make -DNO_X11 fetch' it doesn't
fetch, but it also doesn't give me any errors, it just returns.
