E.g. go: golang.org/x/sync@v0.0.0-20190423024810-112230192c58: unrecognized impo= rt path "golang.org/x/sync" (https fetch: Get https://golang.org/x/sync?go-get= =3D1: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority) Presumably other sites that use unrecognized certs will also fail.
