You have wrong understanding of what #0 means.
That's the counter of how many times you have recompiled the
kernel making your own custom kernel.

Am I completely mistaken, or shouldn't this be 5.2-RELEASE-p1 or
similar?
Anyway, this is not the first time I've made world according to
RELENG_5_2, so it should be higher than #0, correct?
